THE ARTIST ABOUT THE ARTIST GALLERY					About the Artist "Hawk" Drouin is an multi-media artist and crafts person, he began as a maker of traditional native american crafts and shields. He has won numerous awards at the Santa Monica Native Arts Show as well as exhibited in Canada and Europe. His original work is included in international collections. In 2000 he began painting on canvas in order to convey his love and appreciation for animals and birds, as well as shamanistic subjects. He will be beginning a series of paintings with the subject of fairies, nature spirits, and shamans as well. Look for them as they are posted. There are alsom limited editions prints (on canvas) of some paintings available.
