About the artist
"Hawk" Drouin is an multi media artist and crafts person, he began as a maker of traditional native american crafts and shields. He won awards at the Santa Monica Native Arts Show as well exhibited in galleries in Canada and presented his work in Europe.
His original work is included in international collections.
In 2000 he began working with canvas in order to convey his love and appreciation for animals and birds, as well as shamanistic subjects.
He will be beginning a series of paintings with the subject of fairies, nature spirits, and shamans as well, look for them as they are posted.
I will have limited editions prints of certain paintings availible..
